The Warwick Fitness Club is created to help students of all fitness levels stay active. Our classes are fun and challenging, yet hugely rewarding. You will quickly see the benefits of an exercise program founded on the long-established techniques of interval training. Warwick Fitness Classes are proudly priced at student friendly levels so that those who cannot afford the offerings at Warwick Sport or Warwick Active can still engage in weekly fitness classes.

With 6 fitness classes each week at varying intensities, you're guaranteed to find a class to suit your unique fitness goals. As a member you also have access to a wealth of supplementary resources. Thanks to our affiliation with BeachBody, we can offer over and above the Warwick Sport offerings and price them affordably or even free!
Full Body Blitz
Get in shape and improve every body part in our intense signature fitness class. Thursday 5pm-6pm
An intensive core workout to give you the abs you've always wanted. Friday 4pm-5pm
Strength & Muscle Toning
This high-intensity bodyweight workout is a simple, effective way to tone up your whole body.
A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout - learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu!
Unwind and de-stress with a refreshing yoga session that tones your tum, thighs and bum.
Stimulate post workout tissue repair through deep stretches and by increasing aerobic capacity.
