I would describe myself as an extremely motivated, strong will-powered individual and a fitness fanatic. My ambition is to be the healthiest I can be, ensuring that I exercise at least 5 times a week. I take my health very seriously and enjoy experimenting with new exercises.
Alongside my passion for teaching, I also participate in professional horse riding!
I’m currently developing a cross fit class to commence next term, with the aim of improving cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, agility and balance. This would be a cardio class that incorporates muscle endurance conditioning with emphasis on core muscle exercises.
